Our product is HITRUST-certified on an annual basis. Our platform works with the systems of our partners/customers over secure API/file-based integrations. Our integration solutions leverage Open API/X12 data standards over HTTPS/SFTP channels to facilitate accelerated integration with non-core systems.
Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) framework at the enterprise level is based on ISO 27001. However, for all our Medicaid and Medicare healthcare customers, we go beyond and comply with NIST standards and CMS Minimum Security Standards. HITRUST is a combination of all the above controls.
